On a fun note-I think I saw some muscles trying to peek out in my strength training class today-yippee! Seeing the number on the scale go down is one thing, seeing actual, physical changes in ones body is even better.
My goals for this week:
- stay motivated to keep within my point range
- keep with the exercise (gonna be tough-my knees are starting to complain about all the running, but I'm going to just turn my i-pod up louder and ignore them for now)
- make healthier choices on the 4th and while out to eat at my Dad's this weekend
- I would love to see a weight in the 150's next week, but if I don't get there, I won't beat myself up about it
