For this challenge, our team is focusing more on fitness and healthy habits than on weight loss, although a few more pounds gone would not be a terribly bad thing for some of us (including me). This go-round will have us competing in fitness challenges and non fitness challenges. Since my exercise has been decidedly lackluster since my 1/2 marathon, I'm counting on this challenge and my teammates to kick my arse in gear. The first challenge is a minutes challenge!
As for my personal goals for this challenge, I would like to see my weight maintain between 135 (which would be my "goal" weight) and 138. Getting through he holidays without gaining a bunch of the weight I have lost would be SUPER. Even though I'm not focusing specifically on weight loss, I will continue to post my weights to stay accountable. So, here are my starting digits:
