Monday

Spent Labor Day with family and stopped by Lake Michigan for a few minutes.

Tuesday

I officially have high school freshmen.  #holdme

Spent a little time seeking tranquility after a long, stressful school day.

Very chilly morning prompted me to heat up my Click protein drink.

Friday

Squirt missed her humans this week.  As soon as I came home from school she hopped up in my lap and wouldn't leave.

Saturday

First, I ♥ that number.  Second, my girl (far right) and her diving teammates placed 4th in the West Michigan Relays (out of 18 schools).  Between the 4 of them, they completed 11 dives and scored around 319 points, only 3 or 4 points behind 3rd place!  K got a medal in her first HS diving invitational meet!

Sunday

Today, I completed my longest run ever.  20 miles in 3:54:20.  I celebrated with the world's largest ice bath and a frosty beverage.  The 70* pool really did feel great on my very tired legs.
