Here we are nearing the end of February and there is practically no snow on the ground not that I'm complaining or anything. It's really unheard of. I could go check a bunch of weather sites and see when the last time it was we had such a mild winter, but I really don't care. I just hope the trend continues.

Happy Valentine's Day - I had the flu and stayed home from school, but still managed to eat some Baked Hot Chocolate!

Felt a bit better so I went for a crazy 3 mile run, but didn't want to get too far from home *just in case*

First day of our 4-day weekend. Took the kids to a great hot dog place for lunch & they spent most of the time doing this (and they were FREE!):

Went to the Grand Rapids Griffins #purplegame - a fundraiser for cancer research and the Van Andel Institute. We had awesome seats and it was a lot of fun, even though we lost.
