Fitness Friday: Every(Satur)day I'm Shufflin'

Tomorrow, I will attempt my longest marathon training run EVER.  
18 miles. 
 I have my route mapped out.
The husband is going to bike with me while I run.
I'm thankful for that.
It will take me over 4 hours.
Some of the areas are a bit scary.
Some are downright gorgeous.
I have a plan (sorta) for nutrition and hydration.
I'm ready.
I hope.
