5 for Friday: Pinterest Workouts

If you are anything like me, you probably get bored with the same old workouts.  Or you just have no freaking idea what to do when your PT says - "focus on stretching your hips".  Um...ok??

Here are a few workouts I've pinned and have been putting into my plan when I don't know what else to do.

1. The yoga hip sequence I tried yesterday.
2.  Simple moves to tone your arms.

3.  A great source for pool workouts (but so far they are still a bit beyond my abilities).

4.  A great pairing of spin workout with music.

5.  And finally, a treadmill hill workout - which I haven't tried yet but will SOON!
