Here are a few workouts I've pinned and have been putting into my plan when I don't know what else to do.
1. The yoga hip sequence I tried yesterday.
2. Simple moves to tone your arms.
3. A great source for pool workouts (but so far they are still a bit beyond my abilities).
4. A great pairing of spin workout with music.
5. And finally, a treadmill hill workout - which I haven't tried yet but will SOON!
