Fitness Friday: regrets?

My PT wants me to run 5 miles tomorrow. I couldn't sleep last night and was awake before 5. I really wish I'd just gotten up and ran this morning instead of waiting until tomorrow.

Now I'm looking at a stormy weather forecast & a ton of kid activities tomorrow.

No regrets tomorrow. If I have to run 5 miles on a frigging dreadmill, I guess that's what I'll do.
